Cockatiel and Lovebird No Sunflower Seed

One of Chin Ridge’s most popular mixes, our Mother Nature’s Cockatiel No Sunflower Mix contains a combination of ingredients including canary grass, millets, safflower, oats,  vitamin enriched avian pellets and more. The variety of shapes and textures in this mix provides interest and activity for your cockatiel.  However, this mix does not include sunflower, which is commonly found in cockatiel mixes.  Sunflower has a high fat content and therefore is not always appropriate in a mix, especially if you have a mature cockatiel who has a low activity level.

This mix is an excellent daily diet for medium size hookbills including cockatiels.
