Free Shipping:
Vancouver lower mainland up to Chilliwack free shipping on orders over $100.00 (before tax)
Vancouver Island-free shipping on orders over $150.00 ( before tax)
BC Interior-free shipping on orders over $150.00 ( before tax)
Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba-free shipping on orders over $300.00 ( before tax)
Ontario and Quebec-free shipping on orders over $500.00 ( before tax)
Orders over 40 LBS may be subjected to an overweight charge.
Maritime Provinces, Newfoundland, Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut-please fill out the order form with no credit card to receive a quote Some additional charges may apply to over sized and extra heavy orders (If this applies we will contact you before processing your order).
All orders under the free shipping required amount, will go by Canada Post or Courier (which ever is cheapest) and will be charge to the customer's credit card (Insurance is available upon request). Please fill out the order form without credit card for a quote on small orders.
To assure that your orders arrive in good condition, we reserve the right to ship perishables or fragile merchandise by courier.
If you want a "shipping quote only", fill out the form complete leaving out your credit card number. We will get back to you with a shipping quote. Sorry no Free Shipping on Wholesale orders or Sale items.

Damaged Shipment:
Once a Courier / Freight Company picks up merchandise the ownership is transferred from West Coast Tropical Bird Studio Inc. to Buyer (Customer). It is out of the control West Coast Tropical Bird Studio Inc. to protect your merchandise. We act only as a agent for the customer in obtaining the best possible price for shipping and take no other liability. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to claim any shipping damage from the Courier / Freight Company. We will assist the Buyer in the process of claiming damage from the Courier / Freight Company. In case shipments arriving damage, here is what you as a customer can do to help us assist you better.
  1. Make sure you sign the weigh bill when the courier delivers
  2. Make sure you note on the weigh bill any visible damage to the boxes.
  3. If severe damage is evident open the box and view the damage in front of the driver.
  4. Take photos of the damage items and box/es.

  6. Inspect ALL shipments promptly. When received open and examine it immediately for damaged or incorrect or missing items. We must make damage claims to the Courier / Freight Company within 15 days of delivery or they will be unable to assist. If you sign for a package or cage and do not report any visible damage to the driver, we cannot file a claim with the shipping company.
Return Policy:
 No returns on sale items. All sale items sold "as is". No returns on any items used by any bird. All returned items must be shipped at customers expense within three weeks of the original sale. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition and in original packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. West Coast Tropical bird Studio Inc. is not responsible for shipping damage on returned items. The original shipping will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20 % handling and restocking charge. All accepted returned merchandise will be issued as a store credit excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any oversized shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your return refund.
