All orders under the free shipping required amount, will go by Canada Post
or Courier (which ever is cheapest) and will be charge to the customer's
credit card. Please fill out the order form without credit card for a
quote on small orders.
To assure that your orders arrive in good condition, we reserve the
right to ship perishables or fragile merchandise by courier. If you want a "shipping quote only", fill out the form complete
leaving out your credit card number. We will get back to you with a
shipping quote.

Return Policy:
No returns on
sale items. All sale items sold "as is". No returns on any
items used by any bird. All returned items must be shipped at customers expense
within three weeks of the original sale. All returned merchandise must
be in resalable condition. West Coast Tropical bird Studio Inc. is not
responsible for shipping damage on returned items. The original shipping
will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20 % handling and
restocking charge. All accepted returned merchandise will be issued as a
store credit.
