All Orders under 10 lbs will be shipped by Mail. Orders above 10 lbs will be shipped via Courier unless other arrangements are specified. All orders containing food products will be shipped via courier during the hot weather unless other arrangements are specified. To assure that your orders arrive in good condition, we reserve the right to ship perishables or fragile merchandise by courier. All shipping charges will be charged to the customer's credit card. Prices subject to change, if the price is incorrect due to typo or misprint you will be notified before shipping. Return Policy: No returns on sale items. All sale items sold "as is". No returns on any items used by any bird. All returned items must be shipped at customers expense within three weeks of the original sale. All returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. West Coast Tropical bird Studio Inc. is not responsible for shipping damage on returned items. The original shipping will not be refunded.
