Let it stay in same jar for additional 18 hours. Then wash the seed in a large coffee strainer under running water. Wash thoroughly, shake off excess water and feed in a small dish a small amount per day (according to the size of the bird) to the canaries and other seed eating birds such as European goldfinch, linnet, Siskin, chaffinches, Venezuelan Black Hooded Red Siskin,  etc. ABBA SOAK SEED may be mixed with ABBA Green 92  half and half. Feed enough of this moist mixture that the birds will consume in a couple of hours. Store remaining soak seed in the refrigerator.  Rinse thoroughly before using. The mixture is invaluable for feeding parents and fledging young. After soaking ABBA SOAK in water and it begins to spout, the protein content will increase considerably the valuable vitamins contained in it which are all beneficial to the health of the birds insuring good vigor, good productivity and vitality.

CAUTION:

Do not allow ABBA SOAK to go sour. In other words, do not feed a large quantity of it to the  birds. Feed enough that the birds will consume in a few hours. More caution should be exercised during the warm, muggy weather
